To permit your loyal subjects, the members of the Island Sailing Club in Cowes, on the Isle of Wight to congratulate your Majesty and her majesty the Queen on your accession to the throne, and to express the hope that your Majesty will soon visit our beautiful island and possibly our club, to encourage the sports of sailing and boating in the Solent, our commitment to reducing pollution of the seas, and to convey to your Majesty our loyalty and affection for the duration of a long and happy reign.
