City Livery Regatta

This year’s City Livery Regatta takes place on Saturday 21 May. A highlight of the Island Sailing Club’s sailing programme, the annual City Livery Regatta sees entrants battle it out for the Lord Mayor’s Cup.

There are two races, the first takes place on Saturday morning after a dockside briefing, with the second race commencing in the early afternoon. Both races will be run by Club Race Officer Peter Chugg.

The Regatta weekend concludes on Saturday evening with a Presentation Dinner at the Royal Yacht Squadron.

Sailing Secretary Ben Ferris said, “Members and guests are invited to watch the races from the terraces of the Clubhouse, and we hope to welcome a large and enthusiastic crowd.”

This weekend is immensely popular and fun; please book early to avoid missing out.
