The Island Sailing Club is delighted to announce that it has teamed up with Nautical Cloud, as its new technology partner for the Round the Island Race.
Nautical Cloud was established with the vision of revolutionising yacht race management, bringing it into the 21st century. Over the past five years, they have successfully managed 1,500 races including some of the world’s most prestigious yacht races and organisations, including the Fastnet Race and the Royal Ocean Racing Club (RORC), New York Yacht Club and Royal Bermuda Yacht Club.
Commenting on the appointment of Nautical Cloud our Vice Commodore, Ian Pretty said, “The Island Sailing Club is delighted to be working with Nautical Cloud and to be using its innovative platform which will provide near real-time race tracking, automated entry processing and robust data analytics. This will enhancing the overall race experience for participants and spectators alike.”
