Island Sailing Club is looking forward to hosting some exciting events this summer to mark HM The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
Between 1200 and 2200 from Thursday 2 to Sunday 5 June, everyone is welcome at our Summer Garden. There will be live music, face painting and crafts for kids, along with a range of sweet and savoury treats and drinks for all ages.
On Friday 3 June, a Jubilee Cocktail Party will take place in the Clubhouse from 1815 to 1930. Tickets are £28.50 per person and can be booked by calling the Admin Office on +44 (0)1983 296 621. Dress code is ‘smart casual’ and reefers.
Commodore Helen Lashmar will host a Celebration Luncheon in the Clubhouse from 1200 on Sunday 5 June. Tickets are £27.50 per person and can be booked through the Admin Office. Dress code is ‘smart’.
Island Sailing Club General Manager Kate Case said, “We’re really looking forward to welcoming people to the Club to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. It’s especially exciting for us, as HM The Queen is our Patron and has had a close association with the Club over the years.”
Non-Members are encouraged to join Members and the wider Club community at all Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebration events.
